As part of the second edition of SED – Digital Building Exhibition – the Order of Engineers of the province of Caserta in collaboration with Agenda Tecnica, propose the Conference: Existing bridges, viaducts and tunnels – Guidelines, PNRR, risk management, structural controls and monitoring, requalification technologies.
The Conference will be held in Caserta on 12 May 2023 at SED – Polo Fieristico A1 Expo – S.Marco Evangelista (CE).
The collapse of the Morandi bridge in 2018 turned the spotlight on the safety and functionality of existing infrastructures, such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels. An extremely urgent problem, given the obsolescence of these works, the poor state of maintenance and the degradation of many of these infrastructural works in our country.
The Conference intends to direct professionals, construction managers, inspectors, construction companies and all the authorities involved in the management and maintenance of road infrastructures towards a full exploitation of the possibilities offered by the various control, monitoring and structural requalification techniques currently available. The issues addressed, starting from the ministerial guidelines and the 2018 NTCs, are also supported by case histories.
